There is no Windows business relationship that has consummate and unrestricted control over a computer. If such an account existed, and it was hacked, the assaulter could cause substantial damage both locally and on the net.
Yous'll have to find some other way to wreck your computer.

But were you able change the user to admin or did y'all get whatsoever fault messages on the mode?
If you lot added yourself successful every bit an admin, did you lot restart the computer later?
